Had the pleasure of doing my rehab with Dynamic Health for the past 3 months. Had a tear on my knee, same knee that I had previously done a few years back. Aaron was very accommodating and helpful, listened to what I had to say and structured a training plan that suited my needs and schedule. Big credit to Aaron for the constant weekly checkups and having the patience to go at my pace. Knees fully recovered and doing things as per normal. Worker's Compensation (Knee injury)

Due to a ruptured Achilles tendon and some complications that lengthened my recovery to 7 months and counting, more parts of my body had atrophied than just my Achilles! While visiting Perth, I tasked Melyssa Treacy to devise a gym/home full body workout to get me back in shape and to take with me to the US where I live. She put together 3 different routines plus warmup stretches into a handout with helpful pictures. As well, she sent me off with a plan to progress the program as I gain strength and mobility. Melyssa was knowledgable, sensitive to my current physical abilities, and to my age (65). I would highly recommend her.
