Do you offer bulk-billing?
We don't offer bulk-billing, however we do accept Medicare referrals, which reduce your out-of-pocket cost. See the fees below for details.
What is the cost of my appointment?
Initial consultations: $140. Subsequent consultations: $110. Classes: $25 to $40. If you have a Medicare referral, we'll submit this on your behalf and Medicare will reimburse the rebate into your account. Private health rebates may also apply (item codes 102, 202 and 502). A paid invoice will be provided for you to claim from your insurer. Workers' compensation billing is sent directly to the insurer once prior approval is received.
Where are you located?
Workers' compensation and MVA clients: where travel is approved, we can meet you at a gym close to home or work across Perth. New Southwest referrals (including Bunbury) are paused until January 2027. Greenwood clinic appointments are available now. Medicare and private clients: we consult every Wednesday at a private gym in Greenwood (15B Canham Way). Children are welcome!
Do I need a referral to see an Exercise Physiologist?
WorkCover WA or MVA claims: a referral is usually required from your GP, treating practitioner, insurer, or vocational rehabilitation consultant. Not sure? Contact us and we'll help you get the right approval. Private clients: no referral needed. Medicare plans: a GP referral is required.
Which insurers do you work with?
We work with all major WA workers' compensation and MVA insurers, including CGU, Allianz, EML, GIO, QBE, ICWA, and others. If you're unsure whether your insurer is covered, get in touch and we'll confirm.
I've been injured a long time. Can you still help?
Absolutely. We regularly work with people who have persistent or chronic pain, delayed or stalled recoveries, and complex or long-duration claims. Our approach focuses on restoring function, confidence, and work capacity, even when recovery hasn't gone to plan so far.
Do you only treat physical injuries?
No. We support both physical and work-related psychological injuries, and frequently work with clients where pain, stress, and recovery overlap.
Do I need an assessment before joining a class?
Usually, yes. New clients typically start with a 1:1 initial assessment so we can make sure the class is the right fit and tailor it to you.
