Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT)

Our experienced Exercise Physiologist's trained in CFT deliver treatment aimed at addressing pain-related beliefs, functional limitations, personal goals, and psychosocial factors influencing recovery.

Individualised Pain Management Counselling

Recognising that pain affects everyone differently, counselling is tailored to each participant’s unique experience.

Improved Understanding of Pain

Gain insight into pain mechanisms, identify key concerns, and develop skills to positively influence pain perception.

Integrated Care Approach

Exercise Physiologist and Psychologist work together to deliver coordinated, person-centred care tailored to each individual. Consisting of 4–6 sessions + report for each discipline

Graded Exposure & Functional Restoration

Build confidence and self-efficacy through structured, progressive activity, supporting a safe and sustainable return to meaningful daily and work
